For this exercise, you need to lie on a mat and bent your knees and feet placed on the floor surface. Raise your hips in the way that your body looks straight from the shoulder to knees. Now lift your left knee towards your chest and hold it for some seconds and then lower it. Repeat it with your right knee. This makes your first complete repetition. Do it for at least one minute.

  • Skater Hopes: –

This exercise doesn’t need any kind of equipment. It works to makes rate of your heart high and works to quadriceps along with the abductors, hamstrings and calves. It also works to toning the lower part of the body and also works to enhance the imbalances in the legs. For this exercise, you need to stand straight then resting the pressure on the hips and the right leg and now slightly bend. Repeat it to vice-versa. Do this exercise for at least 1 minute.

  • Skipping Rope Workout: –

This exercise is possible for every men and women and the best thing is that it works to shed the body weight easily. For this exercise, you need to take a rope and slowly rotate it around your body and now do jump over the rope. Does this for 30 seconds then take some rest and repeat it.
